Familiarization Trip Request

Your fam trip group must have at least 10 full time travel agents (no spouses). The entire request form must be completed before the process can begin. Please allow a minimum of 30 days advance notice before your arrival date. Your request will be forwarded to the New Orleans hotels, attractions, restaurants, etc. and you will receive offers directly from them.

For travel agents wanting to visit the city on their own, we have a VIP Passport that we can send to you. Included in the Passport are many complimentary and discounted offers from area hotels, restaurants, attractions, tours, etc.
